We write in response to your e-mail dated 22nd June 2008 pertaining to the matter above.
Upon checking from our system you have connection issue experienced only 2 days. With regards on your enquiry regarding the rebate for the 2 days down time, please note that the minimum interruption period where we will take into consideration to propose for rebate is 4 days. If the service disruption is restored within 4 days, it is considered acceptable as according to our procedure.
We apologize for the inconvenience you have encountered. Your kind consideration and understanding is highly appreciated.
