Boost serotonin level ~~


吃了很快乐的面包+cheese。 : )


偶然看到班刊,读到朋友对我的留言都不外乎是,'为什么你整天都在笑,好像很开心似的'。回头想一想,发现以前真的好象开心很多。可能是以前没有经济负担,对很多东西都懵懵懂懂,课业上没有压力,朋友多,成绩好,老师疼爱,又可以毫无限制地发展爱好,不懂爱恨情仇,之类的吧。哈哈哈。 其实还有一些因素很重要。就是我喜欢乱动乱跳,而且在吃的方面没有限制。
读到这样的文章:

我从小运动神经不好,可是我好动。除了参加很多课外活动,还曾经一段时间非常喜欢跳,想要长得高高的,和模特儿一样。那个时候其实我长得很肿,不小心的话你大概会以为篮球是我的姐姐、足球是我的妹妹。吃一餐麦当劳我要吃2个McEgg才有饱的感觉,然后非常喜欢吃雪糕、面包和cheese。

Proteins contain tryptophan, a large amino that converts to serotonin in the brain. Tryptophan works best when consumed in conjunction with a small bit of carbohydrate, such as a scoop of brown rice, a handful of nuts, or a few tablespoons of legumes. These complex carbohydrates are essential to helping your brain properly process the tryptophan in protein. Turkey, fish, chicken, cottage cheese, nuts, cheese, eggs, and beans all contain generous levels of tryptophan.
从小我就吃了很多很多很丰富很丰富的蛋白质。一直到高中三,懒惰去食堂和别人挤来挤去的我都是每天2片白面包夹cheese当下课的充饥品。

Hormonal processes require essential fatty acids, so don’t shirk your “good fats”. Get plenty of DHA-enhanced eggs and dairy in your diet, and eat fish a few times a week. 因为不知美丑为何物,所以更加不用说要减肥。我就一直是又吃不是又吃的吃到我终于爱美的时候才有所节制。可是那个时候已经太迟了。侯莉晴已经成品了。哈哈哈。除了饱食的粮食我吃个不停之外,精神粮食我也吃不少。小学4、5、6年级的级任老师连老师曾经说过,读多书的人都很漂亮,当然很明显我给她骗了,可是如果不是她我大概读少很多书了,所以也造就了今时今日的侯莉晴 (是好事吗??: P )。呵呵呵。连老师也说,看书的时候记得累了就要看远的东西,找一些青色的东西看,然后再继续读书。所以托他的福,我的视力都还算不错。然后中学的时候又有个地理老师说,吃鱼肝油可以改善视力,我从小就天天一匙鱼肝油的,就更加勤力地吃了。 (嗯,我视力还好,有很浅很浅的近视和闪光,这个要怪电脑 : P )

然后我就开始检讨近几年来自己吃的东西。发现为了爱美我比以前少吃面包、cheese和雪糕。然后也很久没吃鱼肝油了。难怪没有以前那么莫名的开心了。
于是我决定开始吃回白面包+cheese~~~yeah。
serotonin,我要你一直维持在高高的level。
